We offer a 7-day return policy for customers in the UAE and GCC countries. This means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Damaged or Wrong Items
Please check your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personal care products (for hygiene reasons)
- Customized or special order items
- Sale items and gift cards
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return the original product first. Once approved, you can place a new order.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status.
- If approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer
